Party with a twist

Pinetown Gymnastics Club is the place to be for boy’s and girl’s birthday celebrations for ages 4 to 12!

Activities Include:

• Age-appropriate & team-related games incorporating various skills such as Rolls, Handstands, Swinging, and Jumping
• Supervision by professional experienced Gymnastic Staff
• Introduction to the safety pit (Sisonke Gymnastics is the only KwaZulu Natal facility with this training aid)
• Instruction on trampoline skills, with consideration of safety, and
• The “famous” rings swing into the foam pit!

Typical Schedule:

45 Minutes of Gym type games
5 Minutes drink break
30 Minutes more games
25 minutes party cake & presents

*Note: The games will be structured according to the age of the children

What we provide:

• Sample Invitations for the party (has location map)
• Our Gymnastics facility for 1¾ hrs
• All of the cleaning and tidying up after the party
• A separate room for birthday cake/refreshments includes 2x tables, tablecloths, use of the fridge, kettle, basic side plates, cups, teaspoons & an urn. (We do provide basic Tea / Coffee / Sugar / Milk etc for your adult guests – all other catering equipment and utensils are for your account and arrangements)
  • This room can also be used as a lounge area for parents or guests.

What the Party Host (you) is required to do:

• R2 350.00 – This entitles you up to 20 children, with additional children at R45- each. We require a R1 000.00 deposit and the completed booking form to confirm and hold the booking
• To assist, if necessary, with supervision during the time that the children are in the facility
• Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the party to set up any special decorations/table etc.
• Ensure all children are picked up no later than 15 minutes after the end of the party. (We have multiple parties per day!)
• Fill in the details required on the booking form & wait for us to confirm the times required and then fax/email the confirmation form with receipt of payment.
• Handle all correspondence (RSVP’s) for your child’s party privately.
